Our pricing algorithm is connected with the amount of automations you purchase. The more automations that you implement within your RPA, the more your price will change. You can increase the supported automations on any day. Nevertheless, it is only possible to downgrade the supported automations at the end of your committed billing term. Please take note that we do not offer credits or refunds to the unused licensing, plan change, or plan cancellation. We discount 15 percent on multi-year plans hence it is an affordable option when it comes to long-term commitments. Your plan will automatically roll over on the renewal date so you will never stop getting service unless you cancel your subscription. In special cases we are offering those plans on a monthly basis. They are 15 to 25 percent higher in cost than the annually billed counterparts.

Absolutely! It is totally up to you to cancel your subscription plan whenever you want. After you terminate or cancel your decision it means that the plan will not be renewed on the next due renewal date.

qBotica is in compliance with the requirement of the relevant sales taxes and levies sales tax on the software and services being purchased according to the address of delivery ( Ship To Address) as seen by the customer.

Unlike the typical consulting firms where their customers pay their fees as Capital Expenses (CapEx), our fees are regarded as Operating Expenses (OpEx) by our customers.
