A Global Non-Profit Organization has an initiative for virtual tutoring under-privileged kids between the ages 6-12 from schools across the United States. Over 1200 schools are expected to participate in the system.
Solution
qBotica delivered and implemented a Zoom Bot for the Client that helped start and maintain zoom meetings automatically.
Our automation also allowed Students and Teachers to have a conversation with a virtual ChatBot, making it easy to troubleshoot and receive answers on common questions in using the new technology.
This Robot also helped the students to have a safe environment to work with by turning off video and prevent unnecessary controls from the students.
