About Your Role

As the Associate Marketing Manager for growth – your focus will be on ensuring that qBotica’s products and solutions are the services of choice for mid to large enterprises. This is a growth area for qBotica with executive exposure and cross-company focus and support. You will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and the leadership team indirectly.

In this role, you are passionate about understanding your audience(s) deeply and construct relevant value propositions, marketing programs, content execution and go-to-market strategies tailored to these buyers. You will also work directly with our partners and teams to effectively ensure marketing objectives and goals are executed.

What You Will Do

  • Master the market for Automation Products through sales engagement, market research and competitive intelligence.
  • Develop perfect empathy for buyers and influencers, know how they buy and their buying criteria. Know their pain points and value drivers.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates qBotica’s Automation Services and Solutions and can be scaled globally.
  • Collaborate with PR, social, and demand generation to ensure messaging is consistent and on-brand across all outlets.
  • Develop a differentiating demo of our solutions, working with Product Engineering, Product Management, and Development.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams to define go-to-market approach and drive execution in collaboration with the entire organization.

  • Grow, Develop, Manage and Execute with the on shore and offshore Digital Marketing Teams on social media and content development and execution.

Experience

  • Minimum Bachelor level in Marketing or relevant field
  • 4+ years’ work experience in Marketing or as a Product Manager
  • Expert on preparing and delivering effective slide presentations
  • Experience with digital tools, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Email/Marketing Automation tools Experience on digital marketing with a focus on lead generation as well as experience creating and optimizing web, email and digital marketing strategies with a strong efficiency with Hubspot Marketing Software platform.
  • Charisma and optimism in day-to-day work as well as patience, confidence and determination in the goal realization
  • Ability to set and prioritize goals
  • Strategic software or technology marketing experience preferred.

qBotica is seeking a Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Business Analyst to join its Automation development program. The Business Analyst will work closely with internal teams to document Business processes that are feasible for building automations using the UiPath and Automation Anywhere programs.

A successful candidate will be collaborative, highly analytical with good attention to detail, have a passion for process automations, solving problems and possess excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:


The scope of responsibilities will include:

  1. Partner with Banking and Healthcare stakeholders to identify automation opportunities by analyzing and documenting processes, assessing feasibility for automation.
  2. Understand finance end-user requirements, make recommendations for solutions as needed, work with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements (BRD), and perform thorough testing.
  3. Work with RPA developers and design leads to ensure requirements captured in BRD are thorough and complete.
  4. Participate in brainstorming sessions with RPA Design leads to provide inputs for robotic process automation solutions.
  5. Prepare and present analysis, methods and results to non-expert personnel, management team and technical experts throughout different projects and processes.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for others seeking to utilize RPA technologies to automate and streamline existing manual business processes.
  7. Develop training documents and job aids and provide training on new or changed processes to
    business users.

Qualifications

About The Position:
