Solution
- qBotica created a Power Automate flow which triggers the process on email arrival.
- The custom logic in the flow verifies the job code and attachment and then update the details in SharePoint
- Based on job code and availability of panel, will schedule the interview.
- The feedback and other details are updated in SharePoint.
- Based on these, the flow will continue to schedule subsequent rounds based on pre-defined conditions.
- The final feedback along with status is sent as email to the HR team for further action
