qBotica in the Community
Both parties are interested in the community, and are actively helping through mentoring, internships and partnerships with entrepreneur organizations and college universities. We would like to facilitate innovation and learning around robotics process automation (RPA) and Intelligent Automation.
QBotica is a community-driven project with mentoring being a significant part of the support strategy. We make available mentorship to the students, young professionals as well as aspiring entrepreneurs, interested in learning about technology and Automation. Our specially configured mentoring program is a venue where one can get valuable trial and error as well as any advice and assistance at the hands of people with extensive experience in the sector. The mentoring program will assist an individual in acquiring skills and knowledge that can help them excel in life and the business they intend to venture in.
Botic also provides internship opportunities to learners who seek a learning experience within the brush of Intelligent Automation. The internships allow students to work on actual projects, acquire new skills and become exposed to the industry. qBotica has alliances with some colleges and universities owing to such internship opportunities.
Other than mentoring and internship, qBotica also helps the society through entrepreneur organizations. We also partner with these institutions in order to offer assistance and advice to entrepreneurs that are pursuing novel projects in the field of robotics and automation. Based on such partnerships, qBotica assists entrepreneurs to commercialize their ideas and to become commercially successful enterprises.
The community support program of Botica is focused on supporting innovation and educational activities in the specification of robotics and automation. By mentoring, internship and collaborations with the entrepreneur associations and college universities we are creating a vibrant community of professionals and entrepreneurs who are helping to push the field forward in RPA and Intelligent Automation.
Community Partnerships
YLAI (Young Leaders of Americas Institute)
As part of the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative (YLAI), qBotica is honored to cooperate with emerging business and social entrepreneurs around Latin America, the Caribbean, Canada and the United States. The YLAI was launched in 2015 by the U.S. Department of State to empower young people so that the full potential of the citizens of the region was actualized and the possibility to transform societies was available. YLAI helps to do this in combination with an annual fellowship, a vibrant online network, and ongoing activities supported by U.S. Embassies and Consulates. Another positive impact that qBotica has, as a partner in YLAI, is to assist local young business persons through knowledge and expertise in emerging technologies, more specifically within robotics and artificial intelligence.
We feel that collaboration with the YLAI is the key to supporting prosperity, inclusive development and democratic values in the Americas. Together with YLAI, we are striving towards bridging the opportunity gap amongst youth, especially women, by ensuring that they have the knowledge, tools, and resources to achieve their potential. Our association with YLAI will help create a positive shift and innovations in the area, and at qBotica we are determined to make a difference. We will be happy to collaborate with future leaders and entrepreneurs and help them to achieve everything they deserve.
